Repairs and returns

We manufacture our products with the utmost care and attach great importance to quality and durability. However, should a defect occur or an inspection be necessary, we will support you quickly and reliably.

Please note a few important points so that we can process your return smoothly. On this page you will find all the information about the process, packaging and the necessary documents. 

 

This is how the return works:

1. Contact
Please contact our sales team in advance to announce the return. 

 

2. Enclose a declaration of no objection for pump returns
For safety and hygiene reasons, a fully completed declaration of no objection must be enclosed with every return. This declaration confirms that the product is free from harmful, environmentally hazardous or contaminated substances.

3. Secure packaging and shipping
Pack the product securely for transportation and enclose the declaration of no objection. Send the package to the address provided by us.

 

Particularly important: For security reasons, returns without an enclosed declaration of no objection cannot be accepted or processed.
